Meet Nathaniel he is my new character and so for being in his first manip I am really happy with how it turned out. [does a little happy dance]!!!
A Little About Him Breed: Mustang Color: Bay bright Bay Markings: 'tooth' marks on his left side and an arrow pointing towards the dock of his tail on his left side. On his right side he has german penny symbol marking, it partly symbolizes his coloring, he has the copper color of a penny. He has no white markings on his face or on his legs. Temperament: He has a laid back temperament but is VERY explosive when he has been aggravated. The main reason he is running in this piece is because he is looking for a place of peace, and rest. He has had a lot of turmoil going on and is just ready for it all to end.
stock Horse: [link] Background: Is on of my own pictures, I took in Wyoming. I might upload it later for others to use, but it is on a different computer right now.
Overall About This Piece I am REALLY happy with how it turned out, his mane is a little too short for my taste but hey, can't give the guy a girly looking hair cut now can we.
It's wonderful. I love the recolouring. It's really wonderful. Only one thing is I suggest lowering the horse and cutting & smudging his hooves into the grass. So he doesn't look float like or Prehaps just the two back legs.
Hello! I will give a small critique, as requested But actually, theres not too much to critique on!! What you've done here is very, very well done, and I can only see a few minor things Smudging out the mane and tail on a low opacity would make it seem more flowing and lifelike And the next is just more of an idea, but blurring the far background would bring more attention onto the horse But honestly, really, really nice work here! Keep it up
